Lakefly Data Recording Form

We have moved Lakefly onto Cartographer, the same platform Riverfly volunteers use.

Cartographer is a proper database rather than a form and a spreadsheet, which means your Lakefly records are stored securely, you can see your own data, and the whole dataset can be analysed properly.

We would be grateful if you could submit data through Cartographer from now on, rather than the FBA website form below.

To access Cartographer we need to send you an invitation, so if you could please submit the form below, and then watch for your email inbox for your invitation.

Once everyone has moved across we'll retire the current website form, but please don't stop submitting in the meantime — if you're waiting on your invitation, carry on as you are and use the form below.
