Lakefly Volunteer Online Training

Welcome and thank you for volunteering with Lakefly, a citizen science project helping to monitor and protect the health of lakes across the UK.

This short online course is intended for volunteers who are already booked onto an in-person training day. It will introduce you to the project, the freshwater invertebrates we monitor, and prepare you for your in-person training day.

Whether you’re completely new to this or have some experience, you’ll gain useful knowledge before we head out to the lakes!
